Property investments are a big deal, and Hanna wants every client to make the best choices for themselves and their families.

With such a keen focus on quality customer service, it may feel like Hanna has worked in real estate forever, but that’s not the case. Before becoming an agent, Hanna worked in her mother’s consignment shop. Here, she learned the actual value of customer service and how it can make or break a business.

Hanna also spent time working as a server at Clipper Magazine Stadium. Both experiences honed her communication skills to understand clients’ needs and guide them through making decisions. She also learned how to meet every demand with professionalism and grace, no matter what.

Today, Hanna has an in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry. She uses this information to support her clients as they aim to achieve their investment goals. Helping people build a better future is personally rewarding for her and is the motivation for Hanna’s career as a REALTOR^®.

Hanna also has a keen attention to detail. She has a gift for anticipating potential issues early in the process and being able to negotiate them away. She leans into her problem-solving skills when unexpected obstacles arise to find effective yet empathetic solutions.

Hanna works with buyers and sellers of residential real estate in Lancaster and York counties. She has extensive local knowledge and a deep understanding of the neighborhoods, school districts, and amenities in her coverage area. With this information, she helps clients find the perfect community to call home.

Hanna is also passionate about frontline workers and has partnered with Frontline First to recognize & support these wonderful people and provide assistance with their homeownership goals.

Hanna is a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Honor Society award recipient and was also honored by Lancaster Newspaper in its Best of 2022 Awards. She is also a volunteer soccer coach, on the board of Sean Louis Kisielnicki Foundation’s Summer Bash, a volunteer for local career day programs, and spends time serving at her church.

When she’s not helping clients, you can find Hanna spending time with her family and friends, working out at the gym, hiking, or walking her dog. She also enjoys helping at her mom’s consignment shop on weekends.
