We initially met Hanna in March and told her we wouldn’t be ready to start looking until the fall. As a sales person I was very impressed and appreciative how she walked the line between checking in on us and giving us time to get our ducks in a row between March and late September/October. She also made herself available not only to meet in person based on our schedule but also taking calls from us while she was on vacation. During this process in addition to being mindful of our needs she was also very mindful and provided insight into what our one year old daughter may need in a home.
